Laura,
Our trips to Peninsula Valdes and Iguazu were fantastic although we were disappointed not to be able to go out in a boat to see the whales - the sea was too rough! The Falls were awe inspiring and we had an enjoyable time at the Yacutinga Lodge. We were also very impressed by the tour guides at each location who were extremely knowledgeable and made the trips very interesting.
The only slight problem we had was obviously at The Sheraton Hotel where they said our reservation was only for bed and breakfast.
Many thanks once again for organising a thoroughly enjoyable trip for us which has left a lasting impression upon us and wetted our appetite to see more of the fascinating Argentinean countryside.
Regards,Mike.

Laura, trip was fantastic, everything went as planned, all flights and hotels well organised, only had to pay extra for boat trip for whale watching in Peninsula Valdez and train trip in Tierra del Fuego. Highly recommend all services provided , hotels in Iguazu and Ushuaia in particular very nice and land excursions were good value, thank you so much Kathy

Laura, We had a great time in Argentina, specifically in El Calafate, where we actually extended our stay by a day. I'm happy to give you our feedback: The transfers to/from the airport were pretty smooth, except when we got to the hotel it wasn't clear to us whether we had to meet the tour van somewhere the next morning or they would pick us up at the hotel.
We liked the Hotel Quijote a lot. Initially they had given us a room with two separate beds which, of course, was unacceptable on our honeymoon. But they fixed the problem and in the end it was in a great location and the staff was very helpful.
The tour to Perito Moreno was great. It was a little frustrating being in a bilingual van because the Spanish-speakers would start talking whenever the guide switched to English. Still, she was great. Please let me know what other countries you work with and we'll definitely keep you in mind. Take care.-Peter

Santiago was fine. The trip to Portillo was good, but there was an avalanche on the road and as a result we were delayed so much that we did not have the opportunity to ski.
Ushuaia was OK, although not very exciting. We did the boat tour on Beagle channel. We would rate it medium. The country side is beautiful, but it took a long time to get to the birds and sea lions. The next day, we took a tour into the mountains. Again the country side is beautiful. However, when we got to El Calafate, we realized that this was the place to spend extra time. The trip to the glacier was outstanding and the tour guide (Valeria) was excellent. He English was very good and she was very enthusiastic about her work. It made for a great trip.
The hotel in El Calafate was well below par. Kapenke is not a very good hotel and the rooms are so small. The other hotels were fine.
Thanks for making all the arrangements, particularly the last minute changes resulting from the cancelled boat cruise.
Regards
Joe

The tour of NW Argentina worked out well and without glitches. The enquiry and order were handled in friendly and professional way. The tour itself was very interesting and enjoyable.

"I did respond to the initial e-mail that you sent me about the trip that you planned for us to Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls, but we were on board ship. We have now returned home and I wanted to retell you some of the things that I already pointed out. Certainly, I was initially nervous over dealing only on the Internet. I contacted you on many occasions just to make sure that everything was okay. But, I have now given your e-mail address to many people. There were a lot of people aboard ship who had paid a lot more money and got a lot less service and satisfaction than we did. Each of the people and companies that we dealt with was excellent. We had numbers for contacts if we needed everything and they went out of their way to make sure that our time spent was well spent and that we felt at ease. They made arrangements for us for additional tours and evenings that we desired and everything was first class. All of the arrangements that you made for us were excellent. Once again, thank you for all of the arrangements. We will certainly avail ourselves of your services the next time we are in Latin America. A question.....do you operate in Europe and Asia as well?".

"Our tour was very succesfull, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Argentina is a fantastic country, and Eurotour made a very good job.....we had a really really nice trip in Argentina. Next year we are proberly going to Egypt, so that is a bit out of your area, but we are actually allready now talking about maybe going to Brasil the year after.......so we will proberbly contact you again later on. Thank you very much for your help, planning this trip. All the best "

"Laura, Many thanks for all your good help in making this tour a big success. As usual for us, we take time to come back to you with some debriefing, highlighting what was good and also mentioning what could be improved to make tours for your future customers a near perfection. Feedback is in business valuable.
All your local guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. We want especially to mention and thank Ariana in Buenos Aires, Fernanda (Uerotur Califate) and last but not least Leonardo in Santiago. Your Rio de Janeiro guide was cooperative but made a regretful error when he used the international counter when checking us in for the flight Rio to Santiago (Chile) via Iguazu (Brazil). The Emperador is Buenos Aires is smashing. So was the Hyatt in Santiago but that is what we expected from Hyatt.
The officially quoted 5 star luxury Othon Palace with ocean view in Rio de Janeiro, is worn out and completely obsolete. All transport was confirmed, nowhere there were any problems with cars, boats or planes. All transfers worked out on schedule. This was an outstanding service. The program was well balanced and very interesting. In all places we had enough time without having to rush. Nowhere was there what we would call ‘idle time. All the booked excursions were simply wonderful. Many thanks,"

Glad you wrote. I did send a message but it must have gotten lost. We had a great and fabulous time in Argentina. The vouchers were at our hotel in Bs As. Thanks. We flew Aerolinas Argentina south to Trelew. The hotel/ranch L'Elvira was amazing we were treated so so well. We saw orcas feeding.
We met nice nice people. Great time. The car was good from the rental company They were very nice folks. The place in Gaiman was good too. Nice family. Again we were treated well. Patagonia is a special place. We want to go to Argentina again and again!! I want to live in Bs As I absolutely loved the city. I miss the place and friends we made. I especially miss Bs As on a Friday night. I would like nothing more than to eat well late on a Friday and then experience more of the night! On Sunday it is great to watch Boca Juniors. I have to learn Castelleno. Thanks for yor help and arrangements. it was all first rate and I can recommend you to any one, but few US Americans seem to want to go to Argentina!! I wish all the best for all the Argentinian people, they do not deserve these hard times.
