Dear Laura,
We have finished our tour and arrived to Buenos Aires this evening, so I just want to thank you for the excellent organization of our trips, everything went very smoothly, guides were waiting for us at every spot (they were very correct and kind to us and everything happened on scheduled time), then, we did not experienced any problems with checking for flights. Also it was very convenient that every evening we have received a hard copy of the time table of activities for the next day. The choice of places was excellent, as the Iguazu waterfalls so the Perito Moreno are really beautiful and offered us unique experience. Hotels are very good (Saint George and Rochester as well). We were very satisfied and we will recommend LatinDiscover and also you personally to our friends. If I may add the excellent guides: Luis at Iguazu and Maria Julieta at Perito Moreno, they are really devoted to their jobs and most important is that they always adjusted activities to our needs.

Hi Laura,

I am now in Sao Paulo and wanted to send you a little note to thank you so much for the wonderful trip you arranged for me. It was magical and I will always remember it. I will tell all my friends and family that they must visit Argentina and particularly the north west region.

All the guides I had, Jorge, Marcelo, Maria and Diego, were great and spoke good English. The excursions were excellent and very informative.

The hotel in Salta, Legado Mitico, was fabulous. One of the nicest I have ever stayed in in all my years of travelling and staying in excellent hotels. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. I would suggest you offer this hotel as it was a lovely experience.

I have been meannig to contact you for a week now since we have been home from our trip.  We had a marvelous time and the almost everything went quite well!!  All transfers went like clockwork and we were really impressed with the Buenos Aires agency.  Florence, our contact in the area was just a ball of fire and a delight.  She handled everything quite well.  The hotels were great, the ship/service was awesome and you even managed mostly great weather for us!!

The tour operator was very good - all pick-ups and drop-offs were on time as scheduled and the tour guides were very professional and friendly. The tour of Iguazu Falls was fantastic.

We enjoyed our trip very much. Both hotels were fine, the parks were stunning and our guide, Aldo Vega, was wonderful.

Day 2 was very long and rushed. We would have liked to spend more time in the moon valley park - we didn't get to look at the museum - because we knew that we had to get to the other park and then drive all the way back to San Juan. As it was we didn't get back until about 10.30 that night - a long day particularly for our guide who did all the driving. I don't know if it is possible, but I'd recommend doing one park each day, and then a more leisurely trip back to San Juan.

We would happily recommend the tour.

The tour was great, and we all enjoyed our guide whose name I have already forgotten. She was very good...well informed and delightful. I felt that we covered a lot in our three hours and enjoyed the stops at the Cemetary, Bocca, and the main Square. Our guide was very accommodating and let people off in a couple different spots in the City on the way back to the Recoletta. I would definitely recommend this tour as a "must" for newcomers to Buenos Aires.

I wish we had been able to do more with Latin Discover. I think the problem was getting people to go to the same places at the same time to take advantage of your reduced prices. When we finally got a group together for the tour, it worked out well.

I received an email from the Roberto M. who are now back home.  They absolutely loved their trip that you put together for them (Argentina).  They adored their guide Santiago and had many, many good things to say about him.  Thank you so much for your help and making this a dream come true for them.  You were a perfect wonder to work with and I hope I get the chance to do it again.

We both enjoyed our trip to Argentina. All the arrangements went well & Andrea of Eurotour looked after us very well in BA.
 
The hotels were all very good especially the ones in Ushuaia & El Calafate - Los Alamos was very good with very good breakfasts.
 
The Sheraton at Iguazu was very well located especially as we could explore the falls in the early evening with almost nobody about - my only criticism is that as a building it is a bit of an eyesore - not very pretty for the location it has.
 
The weather was generally very good apart from one morning of rain at Ushuaia.
 
All internal flights were on time which was remarkable as we had been told there were often delays.
 
We did the seven lakes full day tour at Bariloche which was well worth it & the guide we had -Marta- was particularly good & informative.
 
Thank you very much for all you did for us & hopefully - if the recession isn''t too severe - we may be doing another trip to your part of the world one day.

The travel to Iguazu was very nice and we have been impressed by the very good organisation. Everything was on time, the guides have been very professional and obviously with experience in dealing with groups. .. The staff was very prompt and managed in keeping the group together without delays but also with very much discretion. They succeeded in controlling time and movement without pushing or stress. They were really good. Also the entire park is obviously well prepared for tourists. Of course the falls are impressive and a scenery nobody should miss. The hotel was OK .. It was clean, the pool was nice, breakfast was very good.. The town was also very nice and pleasant and we found a very nice place Tango Bar with very good life music. All in all, the trip was a success and we enjoyed it very much. If we ever come back, we will definitely call you.

Hello Laura,

We had a very good time in Argentina and Uruguay. The accommodations were good. The two guides we had were very good. The guide in Buenos Aires (Monica) was excellent.

The day at the Argentine ranch was very enjoyable. Our Grandson had a very good time there. The food was good and we liked the dancing.
