Wild Game Recipe – Morgan’s

Great for camping, grilling, and indoor cooking

Ingredients

2 lbs Ground Vension

3 Large onions

1 Egg

1 Cup Break Crums

1 tbs Minced Garlic

1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce

1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

1 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Salt

2 tsp Season salt

Directions

In large mixing bowl mix venison egg garlic worcestershire mayo and mix thoroughly.

I found it is easiest to use your hands.

Now add all your seasoning, and you can add more or less to taste preference.

mix thoroughly.

Add bread crumbs to bing your meat until desired consistency.

Set Aside

Take your onions and cut the tops and bottoms off then halve them.

Carefully peel apart your onion and set aside.

scoop about a 1/4 of a cup of meet into your hand and kneed into a sphere.

cover your ball of meet with your onion peels.

I like to put a little Ketchup on top but it is optional.

(If camping or grilling double wrap onion ball with aluminum foil and throw onto hot coals or grill)

Place all your onion balls into a baking dish and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.

size of meat ball will vary cooking time.
